I have began a journey to good health and here are some of the folks that have helped me along the way. The two people who have made my life so enjoyable, are my children, and yes I refer to them as that, watch out for them, they are turning into amazing adults. By the way the two on the other side, well one is me and the other is my wildly creative Pomeranian named "Brutus"
